That’s where “This Day & Age” comes in, a combined effort between Holland Home, Faith Hospice, Atrio Home Care.
These organizations, all based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, are experts in senior living, hospice & palliative care, and in-home care. Each day, they help individuals and families navigate life’s journey. They understand the importance of having the insights, information, and tools needed to help yourself and your loved ones through the different stages of life.
You might simply be thinking about the future and how to plan for it. You might be beginning to witness a loved one declining and are curious about what their options are. You may be wondering how to have difficult conversations with aging loved ones. You may have a loved one in need of hospice or palliative care. You might be grieving.

Since 1892, Holland Home has provided vibrant Independent Living for area seniors, Assisted Living services for those needing help with everyday activities, and Skilled Nursing for those requiring a higher level of care. The level of the services we offer has continued to grow as the needs of our community have increased, from contemporary townhome and apartment living to world-class memory care and rehab services, all provided with a heartfelt promise to serve those we care for with love, compassion, and a never-ending commitment to excellence.
Offering in-patient services at their Trillium Woods facility and in-home services wherever a patient calls home, Faith Hospice brings comfort, support, and compassion to the end-of-life journey. From medical care to pain management and bereavement counseling, Faith Hospice focuses on improving the quality of life for their patients, caring for their loved ones, and educating the community.
Atrio Home Care meets the different needs of aging adults by uniting two distinct providers: Atrio Help at Home and Atrio Home Health. Their Help at Home Private Duty Aides assist seniors with daily tasks and provide much-needed companionship. The Atrio Home Health team provides more complex clinical care services for seniors recovering from surgery, illness, or stroke.
